Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy covers all orders placed through our store — whether you pick up locally or have your order shipped anywhere in Australia.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

• The item is returned within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date
• Item is in its original, unused condition (unless faulty)
• Original packaging is intact where applicable

Shipping

We use AusPost as our standard shipper. The delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
• Express Shipping: 5-9 business days
• Please note that for all back orders, regardless of the shipping method selected (standard or express), an additional lead time of 4-6 weeks applies.

Pick up Policy

We do not accept walk-in customers. To pick up an order, you must first place it on the official Lazy Automation website, and we will contact you to arrange a pickup time. The pickup location is not always staffed, hence you may not be able to collect your order if you arrive without a confirmed appointment, as there may be no one available to assist you.
