A high-precision HX711 Load Cell Amplifier Module designed for accurate weight and force measurement. Featuring a 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), this module can detect extremely small signal changes from load cells with excellent accuracy and stability.
Ideal for use with load cells and strain gauges, the HX711 converts analog signals into digital data that can be easily read by Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and other microcontrollers.
Key features
- 24-bit high-resolution ADC for precise measurements
- Supports dual-channel input (A & B)
- Built-in programmable gain amplifier (PGA)
- 2-wire digital interface (DT, SCK)
- Low noise and high stability readings
- Compact module for prototyping and embedded systems
Pinout & wiring
Microcontroller connection
- VCC – Power supply (2.6V–5.5V)
- GND – Ground
- DT (DOUT) – Data output
- SCK (CLK) – Clock input
Load cell connection (left-side pins)
- E+ – Excitation positive (power to load cell)
- E- – Excitation negative (ground)
- A+ – Channel A signal positive
- A- – Channel A signal negative
- B+ – Channel B signal positive (optional)
- B- – Channel B signal negative (optional)
Note: Most applications use Channel A (A+ / A-) for a single load cell. Channel B is typically unused unless working with multiple sensors or specialised configurations.
