Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
SHIPPING
We use AusPost as our standard shipper. All orders have a 0 to 2 days processing time before dispatch. From dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days
- Express Delivery: 3-5 business days
This means you should allow approximately 7–12 business days for standard delivery and 3–7 business days for express delivery from the time you place your order.

Please note that back orders carry an additional lead time of 4–6 weeks, regardless of the shipping method selected.
Local Pickup
We do not accept walk-in customers. To arrange a pickup, please place your order through the Lazy Automation website and we will contact you to confirm a suitable collection time. Please note that our pickup location is unstaffed outside of scheduled appointments — orders cannot be collected without a confirmed booking.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@lazy-automation.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspection the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
