How it works
The load cell deforms slightly under weight, changing the resistance of its internal strain gauges. This small change in voltage is amplified using an HX711 module, allowing your microcontroller to measure weight accurately.
Wiring
- Red (E+) – Excitation positive (power +)
- Black (E-) – Excitation negative (ground)
- Green (S+) – Signal positive
- White (S-) – Signal negative
Note: This load cell requires an HX711 amplifier module to interface with microcontrollers. The HX711 is sold separately.
